These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of arielcoaching.com(the "Site"), the Ariel Coaching workshop (the "Workshop"), and paid coaching programs we offer (the "Programs"). By using the Site, reserving a spot, or enrolling in a Program, you agree to these Terms. We've kept them plain and friendly, but they are the agreement between you and Ariel Coaching ("we," "us," or "our"). If you don't agree, please don't use the Site or enroll.
1. Eligibility
The Site, Workshop, and Programs are intended for adults. By reserving a spot or enrolling, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live), that you may enter this agreement, and that the information you provide is accurate.
2. Free Workshop and optional paid Programs
The 12-session Workshop series is free to attend. If we ever offer optional paid add-ons for going deeper, they will be clearly marked as optional and will never be required to take part. We may adjust dates, locations, format, or content as needed, and we'll do our best to communicate changes in advance.
3. Paid enrollment and payment
The Vision Circle is a six-week paid Program offered for a one-time $250 USD payment. It is not a subscription. Before online enrollment opens, the enrollment page will state the applicable cohort schedule and a plain-language cancellation or refund summary. By submitting payment, you authorize Stripe to charge the payment method you select and agree to the policy shown at enrollment.
Payment details are collected and processed by Stripe on its hosted checkout; Ariel Coaching does not receive your full card or bank-account details. A success page is not proof of payment. Enrollment is confirmed only after the payment provider reports that payment is complete. Bank payments may remain pending for several business days, and your place is confirmed when they succeed. The total is shown on hosted checkout before you confirm payment.
4. Cancellations and refunds
The cancellation or refund summary displayed on the enrollment page when you purchase is part of these Terms. Refund eligibility follows the policy you accepted at enrollment and applicable law. Contact us promptly at [email protected] if there is a payment error, Ariel Coaching changes or cancels the Program, or you need help.
5. Reservations
Reserving a spot helps us plan and stay in touch; it is not a binding commitment, and you're welcome to attend one gathering or the whole series. Information you submit is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual property
The teachings, materials, writing, images, and other content we share are the property of Ariel Coaching (or used with permission) and are offered for your personal, non-commercial use and growth. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission. You are, of course, always welcome to share the public invitation and bring a friend.
7. Acceptable conduct
Our gatherings depend on mutual respect. You agree to treat other participants with kindness, to keep what others share in confidence, and not to use the Site, Workshop, or Programs to harass, harm, or disrupt others or to violate any law. We may decline or discontinue participation to keep the space safe for everyone. Any refund in that circumstance remains subject to the policy accepted at enrollment and applicable law.
8. Not professional advice
The Workshop and Programs are spaces for reflection, intention, and community. They are offered in good faith and are not a substitute for professional medical, mental-health, therapeutic, legal, or financial advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We do not promise or guarantee any particular outcome; your decisions and their results are your own. If you need professional care, please consult a qualified professional.
9. Disclaimers
The Site, Workshop, and Programs are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ariel Coaching will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or participation in the Workshop or Programs.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site, Workshop, or a Program after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
